• Inclusive Pricing: All prices mentioned above include car rental, chauffeur services and a limited amount of fuel charges.
• Toll & parking charges to be paid on actuals.
• Damage Responsibility: Any damage or vandalism to the vehicle's interior or exterior will be the renter's responsibility. Please report any accidental damage promptly to the chauffeur.
• Please avoid smoking, eating or drinking in the vehicle.
• Cancellation Policy:
• 48 Hours or More: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled ride will be processed free of charge, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• 48 – 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 to 24 hours of your scheduled ride will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.
• 4 Hours Before Dispatch/No-Show: Cancellations requested 4 hours before dispatch or a "no-show" (failing to appear at the pick-up location) will result in the full booking fee being charged.
