Yes, free servicing and support are provided until the product is returned.

If no lift is available:

• ₹100 per floor per unit will be charged additionally

Free servicing and support will be provided by the company during the rental period until the product is returned.

If the Deep Freezer is delivered and installation cannot be completed due to landlord/customer restrictions or site unavailability:

• Applicable two-way transportation charges may be deducted

Any physical damage caused from the customer’s end during the rental period will be chargeable to the customer.

No, the product brand, design and dimensions may vary depending on stock availability.

Yes. You can cancel your order by raising a support ticket at least one day before delivery.

• If delivery is scheduled more than 48 hours later — Full refund (minus 2%–5% transaction fee)
• If delivery is scheduled within 48 hours — Delivery charges + 2% platform fee will be deducted
• For Card EMI payments — 5% platform fee applies
• Cancellations are not allowed once the product is delivered

If you end your rental before the agreed tenure:

• Billing will be revised to the shorter plan rate
• One month’s rent will be charged as an early termination penalty

If your KYC is not approved:

• Your order will be cancelled automatically
• A 5% transaction charge will be deducted
• The balance amount will be refunded within 7 working days

For KYC verification, a valid Aadhaar Card is generally required.

• DigiLocker OTP-based verification may also be needed for quick and secure authentication
• Additional documents may be requested depending on the product category, rental value, or order amount
• For B2B or corporate orders, GST details and other business-related documents may also be required as part of the verification process
