• Water cans/gallons are not included in the rental
• Customers are responsible for arranging water cans separately

Yes, free servicing and basic support are provided until the product is returned.

Yes, loading & unloading charges may apply depending on city, distance & floor access.

If no lift is available:

• ₹100 per floor per unit may be charged additionally

If delivery is completed but installation/setup cannot be done due to customer restrictions, site issues, or unavailability:

• Applicable two-way transportation charges may be deducted

Any physical damage caused from the customer's end during the rental period will be chargeable to the customer.

Yes, relocation support may be available depending on distance and serviceability.

• Additional relocation charges may apply

Yes. You can cancel your order by raising a support ticket at least one day before delivery.

• If delivery is scheduled more than 48 hours later — Full refund (minus 2%–5% transaction fee)
• If delivery is scheduled within 48 hours — Delivery charges + 2% platform fee will be deducted
• For Card EMI payments — 5% platform fee applies
• Cancellations are not allowed once the product is delivered

If you end your rental before the agreed tenure:

• Billing will be revised to the shorter plan rate
• One month's rent may be charged as an early termination penalty

If your KYC is not approved:

• Your order will be cancelled automatically
• A 5% transaction charge will be deducted
• The balance amount will be refunded within 7 working days

For KYC verification, a valid Aadhaar Card is generally required.

• DigiLocker OTP-based verification may also be needed
• Additional documents may be requested depending on rental value or order amount
• GST details may be required for B2B or corporate orders
