No, minor variations in appearance or model revision may occur depending on stock availability.

Yes. You can cancel your order by raising a support ticket at least one day before delivery.

• If delivery is scheduled more than 48 hours later — Full refund (minus 2%–5% transaction fee)
• If delivery is scheduled within 48 hours — Delivery charges + 2% platform fee will be deducted
• For Card EMI payments — 5% platform fee applies
• Cancellations are not allowed once the product is delivered

If you end your rental before the agreed tenure:

• Billing will be revised to the shorter plan rate
• One month's rent may be charged as an early termination penalty

If your KYC is not approved:

• Your order will be cancelled automatically
• A 5% transaction charge will be deducted
• The balance amount will be refunded within 7 working days

For KYC verification, a valid Aadhaar Card is generally required.

• DigiLocker OTP-based verification may also be needed
• Additional documents may be requested depending on rental value or order amount
• GST details may be required for B2B or corporate orders
