Yes. You can cancel your order by raising a support ticket at least one day before delivery. If delivery is scheduled more than 48 hours later - Full refund (minus 2%-5% transaction fee)., If delivery is scheduled within 48 hours - Delivery charges + 2% platform fee will be deducted. For Card EMI payments - 5% platform fee applies. Cancellations are not allowed once the product is delivered

If you end your rental before the agreed tenure, your billing will be revised to the shorter plan rate, and one month's rent will be charged as an early termination penalty.

If your KYC is not approved, your order will be cancelled automatically. A 5% transaction charge will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded within 7 working days.
