The date shown while ordering is the expected delivery date. If you need it earlier, place your order and raise a request. We’ll check if faster delivery is possible.

The applicable rental price and charges are shown during your order. The deposit will be refunded within 72 hours after the product is retrieved and assessed at the warehouse, provided there is no critical damage.

Every product is inspected to ensure it is functional, usable and ready for rental. Maintenance is included during the rental period. An OTP may also be required at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged or non-working product, raise a ticket so our team can assist you.

Yes. You can cancel your order by raising a support ticket. The following cancellation charges will apply:

• More than 48 hours before delivery: Full refund, less 2%–5% transaction charges.

• Within 48 hours of delivery: Delivery charges + 2% platform fee will be deducted.

• Card EMI payments: 5% platform fee applies.

• After delivery: Cancellation is not allowed

Yes. You can raise a support ticket to request an extension or early pickup.

For an early pickup, the rental will be recalculated based on the shorter tenure, and one month’s rent will be charged as an early pickup fee.

Since rented products are provided for temporary use and need to be returned, KYC helps verify identity, reduce misuse and make rentals safer for everyone.
