Damage Responsibility: Any damage or vandalism to the vehicle's interior or exterior will be the renter's responsibility. Please report any accidental damage promptly to the chauffeur.
Please avoid smoking, eating or drinking in the vehicle.
Cancellation Policy:
48 Hours or More: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled ride will be processed free of charge, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
48 – 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 to 24 hours of your scheduled ride will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.
4 Hours Before Dispatch/No-Show: Cancellations requested 4 hours before dispatch or a "no-show" (failing to appear at the pick-up location) will result in the full booking fee being charged.
