INTRODUCTION

These Leasing Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as Leasing Terms) hereby prescribed on the Platform Rentit4me (as defined further in these Leasing Terms) is owned and operated by M/s. Omshreem Technologies Pvt. Ltd. having its registered offices at Plot 150, Enkay Global Udyog Vihar Phase I, Sector 20, Gurugram, Haryana India, hereinafter referred to as Company (as defined further in these Leasing Terms) which owns and controls the Platform.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

We do not warrant that Product description or other content of this Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free and assumes no liability in this regard.Rentit4me does not make any representation or warranty as to specifics of the images displayed on the Website and the images have no bearing on the quality of the products displayed. The Users shall take no inference based on the picturization of the products offered. Kindly note that the price indications displayed on our website/app are subject to change without prior notice. This is because, on rare occasions, technical issues, typographical errors or changes in product information may cause variations in the prices displayed. As a business, we reserve the right to change the prices of our offerings on the website/app at any time as per our business needs.

DOCUMENTATION AND VERIFICATION POLICY

The Subscriber shall provide all personal data and financial information in compliance with applicable data protection laws. The Subscriber permits the Company to process and transfer this data, as well as share it with branches, subsidiaries, affiliates, legal and regulatory authorities, and designated third parties. This data will be used to assess the Subscriber's offer or undertake legal compliance activities, such as KYC, for the proposed subscription, provide services or experiences, manage the relationship with the Subscriber, conduct risk analysis, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Subscribers are required to submit:

• PAN Number issued by the Income Tax Department of India.
• Permanent Address document Number (Aadhar/DL/Passport/Voter Id)
  • The name on the pan card should match with the order name
  • Name on Permanent Address proof should match with the order name and PAN name
  • If the registered contact number is not linked with Aadhar or other documents Customer needs to click the photo and upload an original image of the document
• Documentation of B2B orders will be taken offline including contract

INDEMNIFICATION

• The Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold Rentit4me harmless from and against any claim, demand, cause of action or loss or liability (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and costs) for any Product damage or personal injury arising from the Customer’s use of the Product by any cause, except to the extent such is caused by Rentit4me negligence. The provisions of this clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement with respect to any claim or liability accruing before such termination. In no event shall Rentit4me be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of Customer’s use of the Products.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• In no event shall Rentit4me be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data of any kind in connection with use of the Products, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement Rentit4me’s total liability to Customer shall not exceed the total amount of 1 (one) month rental collected from the Customer.

Collection of Personal Information

For availing the Services/Products from the Website, you may have to sign up by giving following personal information such as email address, name, phone number and address. Some of these information provided above are personally sensitive information (“Personal Information”) and is collected for the purpose of verification of identity of the user and to ensure due compliances. We do use your contact information to send you offers based on your previous orders and your interests.

We may also collect the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet; the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the date and time of your access. We use this information to monitor the usage of our Website and also whatever is necessary for our business. This information does not include Personal Information. If you choose to post messages on our message boards, chat rooms or other message areas or leave feedback, we will collect that information you provide to us. We retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law. If you send us personal correspondence, such as chats, emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the Website, we may collect such information into a file specific to you. We may use this information for data analytics purposes but stay assured as your identity will remain highly anonymous.

We shall provide the services under the Agreement, either by itself or through any third-party. In case the services are required to be provided through any third-party, we shall share the details (only to the extent required to provide the services) of the Customer to enable such third-party to provide the service. The Customer hereby authorises Rentit4me to share the details of the Customer with such third party.

Our commitment to Personal Information security

We are committed in protecting the privacy and security of your information. At no time will we sell your Personal Information without your permission unless set forth in this Privacy Policy to third parties. The information we receive about you or from you may be used by us or shared by us with our corporate affiliates, dealers, agents, vendors and other third parties. We do not share, sell, trade or rent your Personal Information to third parties for unknown reasons. We retain complete anonymity while in all analytics and none of the Personal Information is used, except in a limited set of circumstances. We safeguard your email addresses. We don’t sell the email addresses provided by you and we use them only as directed by you and in accordance with this Policy

We recognize that your privacy is important to you, and therefore we endeavour to keep your Personal Information confidential. We will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your Personal Information. We assure you of our best effort to protect Personal Information. However, we do not represent, warrant, or guarantee that your personal information will be protected against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alterations, and do not accept any liability for the security of the personal information submitted to us nor for your or third parties use or misuse of personal information.

We share your information in certain scenarios

If we start up subsidiaries or get involved in mergers or acquisitions. In such case your Personal Information may be the matter of transfer. And we will provide notice on any such transfer and become subject to different privacy policy. You agree and authorize the Company to use and share your information with its contractors and other third parties, in so far as required for joint marketing purposes/offering various services/report generations and/or to similar services to provide you with various value-added services, in association with the Services selected by you or otherwise. You agree to receive communications through emails, telephone and/or SMS, from the Company including its contractors or its third-party vendors regarding the Services/ancillary services updates, information/promotional emails and/or product announcements. In this context, you agree and consent to receive all communications at the mobile number provided, even if this mobile number is registered under DND/NCPR list under TRAI regulations, and for such purpose, you further authorize Company to share/disclose the information to its contractors or any third-party service provider.

Security

We safeguard your privacy using known security standards and procedures and comply with applicable privacy laws. Our Website combines industry-approved physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to ensure that your information is well protected through its life cycle in our infrastructure. Personal Information is hashed or encrypted when it is stored in our infrastructure. Personal Information is decrypted, processed and immediately re-encrypted or discarded when no longer necessary.

Opt-Out Policy & Account Deletion

You have the option to access, modify, change, or request the deletion of your information, including personal information, by reaching out to us at sales@rentit4me.com. If you wish to stop receiving non-essential, promotional, or marketing communications from us, please send an email at sales@rentit4me.com. It's important to be aware that deleting specific personal information may result in the cancellation of your registration on Rentit4me Platform and a loss of access to certain features.

If you want to delete your account, navigate to the Profile section on the Rentit4me App and click on "Account." Then, select "Delete Account." This procedure will remove your account details from our platform.

PAYMENTS

• Subscriber shall provide to the Company the designated amount ("Upfront rental payment") for booking the subscription of a plan on the Company's website. The aforementioned amount is subject to refund only if the Subscriber cancels the subscription/ order before or at the time of delivery itself.

• Upon successful delivery of the subscribed products, the transaction shall be deemed completed and the payment made by the Subscriber will be non-refundable.

• The Customer's billing cycle starts on the date of installation and delivery. The billing cycle is then that date plus one month. Every subsequent item/bundle delivered is billed separately based on its own billing cycle

• In the event of non-payment, denial of returning the assets, or the loss of assets, we reserve the right to engage a reputable third-party collection agency. Your information may be shared with them, and they will contact you to facilitate payment follow-ups. Additionally, if monthly rental payments are not made for a one-month period, we retain the right to terminate your subscription and initiate the retrieval of the product provided as part of the subscription

• Our company offers a convenient payment option for our valued customers. By enrolling in our ECS/NACH service, you can easily and securely manage your recurring payments without the hassle of manual transactions. By signing up for our this facility, you authorize Omshreem Technologies Private Limited to collect rental dues from the bank account specified in the mandate form. This authorization will remain in effect until the rental agreement has been terminated.

• By enrolling in this service, you agree to the terms and conditions of our automated payment system. It is your responsibility to ensure that the specified bank account has sufficient funds to cover the rental payment on the due date. Failure to do so may result in late payment fees and additional charges as outlined above. Please note that Omshreem Technologies Private Limited is not responsible for any such charges levied by your bank, and it is your responsibility to review and understand the terms and conditions of your bank account

• By Signing the NACH mandate form the Customer declares that the particulars provided in this mandate are correct and complete and hereby agrees to participate in the NACH/ECS/Direct Debit/Standing Instructions (SI) and make payments through the NACH platform according to the terms and conditions thereof

• In case of ECS/Standing Instructions dishonour, the Company will impose a fee of ₹500/-. Additionally, your bank may levy further charges on the same. It's important to note that Rentit4me will neither refund nor cover any charges applied by the bank on the customer

• Customer agrees and acknowledges that Omshreem Technologies Private Limited will not be held responsible for any delay and/or failure in debiting Customer’s bank account for reasons not attributable to the negligence and/or misconduct on the part of Rentit4me.

• Omshreem Technologies Pvt. Ltd. applies GST on all supplies of goods and services to customers.
