Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, hardware, and software Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control Monitor system performance, availability, and security Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Implement backups, updates, patches, and disaster recovery plans Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and policies Enforce IT security standards and best practices Provide technical support and training to users Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) Experience with networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls) Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization is a plus Problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and documentation skills Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
