Terms & Conditions – Chauffeur Driven Luxury Cars

•Inclusive Pricing: All prices mentioned above include car rental, chauffeur services and a limited amount of fuel charges.

•Toll & parking charges to be paid on actuals.

•Damage Responsibility: Any damage or vandalism to the vehicle's interior or exterior will be the renter's responsibility. Please report any accidental damage promptly to the chauffeur.

•Please avoid smoking, eating or drinking in the vehicle.

•Cancellation Policy:

•48 Hours or More: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled ride will be processed free of charge, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

•48 – 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 to 24 hours of your scheduled ride will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.

•4 Hours Before Dispatch/No-Show: Cancellations requested 4 hours before dispatch or a "no-show" (failing to appear at the pick-up location) will result in the full booking fee being charged.

•Right to Cancel: Rentit4me reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle unavailability, breakdown, safety concerns). In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
