Terms & Conditions – Self Drive

Personal Use Only: This vehicle is provided exclusively for your personal trip.
Age Requirement: The minimum age for renting a self-drive car is 21 years with valid licence.
Legal Compliance: Any illegal activity using this vehicle, as per the Indian Penal Code, is prohibited. Any actions taken by government authorities will be solely your responsibility.
Vehicle Condition: The car must be returned in the same condition as it was given. Any damages, big or small, will be borne by you.
Fuel Level: Please check the fuel level at the time of handover. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level.
Accidents and Repairs: In case of an accident or damage requiring repairs, you will be responsible for paying the car rent for the idle period while the vehicle is in the garage or service center.
Additional Costs: Fuel, fines, tolls, and parking fees during the journey are to be borne by you.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made before 24 hours of the booking time are allowed. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time will result in the forfeiture of booking charges.
