Early Termination Policy for AC Rentals

At Rentit4me, we strive to offer flexible rental options while ensuring fair usage terms for all our customers. Please take note of the following early termination conditions applicable to AC rental packages:

Minimum Lock-in

• The minimum lock-in period is 3 months.
• If you return the product before completing 3 months, you will be liable to pay the full rent as per the 3-month package rate, regardless of the actual duration of use.

Early Return (6-Month / 9-Month / 12-Month Packages)

• If you’ve opted for a 6-month package but return the product before completing the 6-month tenure, you will be charged as per the 3-month package rate for the lock-in period, and rent will be recalculated accordingly.
• If the return happens after completing 6 months but before the end of your chosen tenure (i.e., for 9-month or 12-month bookings), then:
• You will be charged for the actual duration of use, and
• An additional one month’s rent will be applicable as early termination fee.

For Example

If you book a 12-month package and return the AC after 8 months, rent will be calculated based on the 8 months of usage + 1 extra month rent as termination charge.
